I. Function :
1.GS - 330 automatic splicing boards paper box making machine is specially develop to solve the problem of raw paper materials waste, tape mark after wrapping.

For example: products height :300mm,paper thickness:2mm, paper density: p=1.3g/cm3,production capacity: 1000pcs
Waste paper :m=[h²×T×D]×4×1000=[30x30×0.2×1.3]×4×1000=936000g=936kg

Machine details:

1. It adopts three paper boards and use microcomputer to control the bottom plate and sides plate to make up the box, which greatly saves the raw paper materials.
2. It adopts automatic PLC touching screen which easy operate and alarm when detective the fault .

3.It adopts the unique down draught feeding, which is non-stop and continuous produce. It is high efficient.


Finished samples:

1. The max and mini sizes of the boxes are subjected to those of the paper and the quality of the paper.
2. The production capacity is 30 boxes per minute. But the speed of the machine depends on the sizes of the boxes.
3. The finished box with straight angle and without tape mark. it widely used for high class boxes.
